  • We are flexible and available to help where and when you need it most. Client contact ranges from a rotating staff 24/7 during a crisis to once a month wellness checks.

  • Yes, travel time is billed at our regular rate and mileage is billed at the current government rate if we are using own vehicles.

  • All of our Care Managers have master’s degrees in applicable fields, including social work, nursing, and gerontology; this level of expertise sets Whitmire apart from other companies. Our support staff has Bachelor’s degrees in related fields.

  • Yes. We ensure you are working with the person or people that best fit your needs.

  • Yes. Often, we meet in your home, at a doctor’s office or in a coffee shop – whatever is needed.

  • Our services are your choice and our goal is that you are supported in the best way possible. We will help refer you to another provider if we aren’t a good fit.

  • Your medical records are stored within a HIPAA compliant system of digital and physical records. We have security in place to keep your information private. At the beginning of services, we will discuss our Informed Consent and share how we store data.
