We are a private-pay firm and do not bill insurance. Our services are billed hourly, and we provide detailed estimates before beginning any engagement. We’re also experienced in working with fiduciaries and special needs trusts.

We are flexible and available to help where and when you need it most. Client contact ranges from a rotating staff 24/7 during a crisis to once a month wellness checks.

Yes, travel time is billed at our regular rate and mileage is billed at the current government rate if we are using own vehicles.

Either is fine. We work with clients directly, or through parents, adult children, legal guardians, and care teams. If you're a family member or professional looking for support for someone else, we’re happy to talk with you.

We offer regular updates via phone, email, or video, depending on your preference. Many of our clients have family members or guardians in other states. Communication is a core part of our service.
