Clinical Care Manager

Clinical Care Manager Specializing in Rehabilitation Counseling and advocacy for human rights

I bring a strong foundation in disability services, with a focus on empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to pursue lives of purpose, independence, and self-direction. With experience across long-term care facilities, inclusive higher education programs, and vocational services, I am passionate about ensuring that every person receives the support they need to thrive without unnecessary restriction or lost potential.

Core Specializations

  • Advocacy for adults with I/DD and co-occurring mental health needs

  • Transition planning from restrictive to community-based care

  • Inclusive education and post-secondary transition support

  • Vocational services including Job Coaching and Employment Support

  • Expertise in the intersection of LGBTQIA+ identity and disability

  • Person-centered planning and empowerment through rehabilitation counseling

  • As a sibling of a person with a disability, my commitment to this work is personal. I believe that every client should be in the driver’s seat of their own life. My approach integrates humanistic counseling theories with a strong focus on equity, intersectionality, and inclusion. I advocate with my clients - not just for them - and I strive to ensure their goals, values, and voices are fully represented in every step of the care process.

    Systems Experience

    • Long-term care and intermediate care facilities (ICFs)

    • Inclusive higher education and 18–21 transition programs

    • Vocational rehabilitation and employment navigation

    • Disability justice and human rights advocacy

    • Familiarity with educational, medical, and behavioral health systems

  • I view each client as a person first, not a problem to solve. My work is guided by empathy, human connection, and a belief in everyone’s right to live a fulfilling, self-directed life. By building relationships and working collaboratively, I help individuals navigate complex systems with clarity, confidence, and dignity.

    • Master of Rehabilitation Counseling (MRC)

    • Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)

  • Outside the office, I coach a high school dance team, run along Alki Beach, and spend quality time with my two cats, Stevie Nicks and Phoebe Bridgers. These moments ground me and bring joy to my daily life.
